Corporations & Other Legal Fictions

Corporations can not be People ( as in We The People) because they do not, in fact, exist in the real world. They are legal fictions, given status by government , & the actual people hiding behind the corporate shield know this when they apply for a corporate charter.

Money is also a legal fiction, even more so since Nixon took us off the gold standard.

The implications of these facts are rattling around in my philosophy & political science brain tonight. They will be the topic of articles yet to appear here.  Meanwhile, I leave it to you, dear readers, to think on these matters.
