Something to Hide? YES! We ALL Do

We ALL have something to hide; it is called PRIVACY for a reason — some things are meant to be private, as in, shared only with those with whom we have chosen to share them.

The day that those who say “you only have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear” are willing to walk around naked in front of everyone and to give away all of their secrets and tell all their sins to the world, that is the day when they will have the moral standing to make this argument.

Until then, anyone who says you only have something to hide if you have done something wrong can just SHUT UP and crawl back into their hypocritical holes.

You may think so, but as the number of laws, regs, court rulings and general rules have increased over the years and as the police have become militarized and made secondary to the any federal agent, you could get locked up for things that you not even guess are against the rules. The whole point of privacy is to recognize that no one should expect to live with all of themselves exposed all the time.
