Please allow me to introduce a new feature here on Minister Is a Verb, an ongoing series of posts based on the topic :

While there are many memes floating around the internet that focus on the awkward moments, I hope to use this series to look at those moments that take your breath away, that make you stop and think, those serious turning point moments in life experience, thought, or behavior. As God is in the details, I won’t reject moments that may seem trivial. They are all important if it’s your life that was changed by such a moment.
As this is my personal blog, I expect to be the primary author on this series. If you’d like to contribute an article on this topic, please say so in the comments and give your contact info so I can get back in touch with you to work out the details. If you have already posted a piece on this topic or have found one on another site, feel free to provide a link to it in your comments.
