What with one thing and another, I have gotten behind on reblogging the wonderful, uplifting, inspiring, funny, and/or educational posts seen recently on my favorite blogs. Rather than bombard my readers with a slew of them all at once, I have decided to give you a recap of just some of the best blog posts from my favorite blogs, as seen recently. If you are not following these blogs, you are missing out on some truly worthwhile reading.
The Seeds 4 Life is a great site for inspiration and motivational articles. If you need to feel UP or to have some plain-speaking advice about getting things done, start there.
Mostly Blogging is focused on ways to improve your blog, especially the traffic that your blog gets. Janet had an article this week about backlinking mistakes and SEO that I commented on AND these articles that all bloggers should read.
The Writing Chimp is about writing and ways to make your writing better. This article gives you a fix to a problem that I know some of us have on a regular basis: WordPress workshop – fix thumbnail and tag-lines for Facebook
I just found Stephanie Huesler’s blog this week, so I can’t say that I have read a lot of it yet. This one article about the distractions that writers are prone to really struck a chord with me. Writing to Distraction! as did this one on Never Give Up
One of my absolute favorite sites is A Year of Living Kindly. This recent article about a choosing to be kind or unkind even when provoked is one that everyone who drives in most modern cities needs to read — heck, everyone needs to choose to be kind more often. Hit the Road, Jack!
I hope you will find each of these articles as useful as I did. If you did, please go Like and comment on them. (If you happen to mention that you saw them here, that would be nice, too.)
